Registration Checklist

Online registration for the Spring After School Program starts on Wednesday, January 11 at 9:00 a.m.


Registration for After School Program classes is online-only and on a first-come, first-served basis. All classes are available for registration until maximum capacity is reached.


Follow the checklist below to avoid interruption during the online registration process.

Complete, sign and upload the required Parent Contract and Credit Card authorization form before 9:00 a.m. on January 11.

Only families who have submitted the Contract and CC form can access our online registration portal. For step-by-step instructions to download and submit the forms, go to


Log in to My Account at to review/update your account information and pay any open balances. Families with past due accounts will not be permitted to register.

Use your current Amilia account login and password. 

If you don’t remember your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it. Do not create a new account with a different email.


Create an account.

New ASP families will be guided to create an account during the contract submission process included above.

Please use your primary email when creating your account as it will be used for communication regarding the program and/or your child.

Prepare the following items to enter or update during online registration:

Class selection

Your child’s current image w/o a mask - 200 x 200px max  (returning families should update their child's photo)

Authorized pickups and contact numbers

Grade and Class #


Plan to use a laptop or desktop to register. Our registration application does not support mobile (phone/tablet).
